Marketing possibilities in 2020: A day in Glass

Technology has changed so fast over the past decennia that for a marketeer it sometimes feels like you have to run a marathon to cope with all these innovations..
But, why not see it as an opportunity instead of a threat? An opportunity to market on a whole new level!
An opportunity to make it personal instead of pushing your product.. an opportunity to invest in CRM and interaction through new upcoming richer, personal communication means which are  generally more effective for communication of equivocal issues than our current traditional media.

So my question for you today is: What opportunities will you create if 2020 will look like this?
